All clients get a dedicated account manager who will work closely with your business. They’ll help with training and adoption of the awards programme including sharing best practice content and reviewing your nominations.
Customers and colleagues will be able to submit nominations to say thank you for receiving a great service. Employees will receive positive feedback in real-time and all nominations will be visible on your WOW! Awards web-page.
We’ll independently read and assess all customer nominations. Your teams can trust in the objective nature of the assessments, meaning that every member of the team is encouraged to deliver great service.
The Essentials Package includes automatic reporting on your top-line goals, including milestone notifications and the overall quality of your nominations.
We believe internal feedback between colleagues is just as important as external customer feedback. That’s why colleague to colleague recognition is included in all our programmes.
